1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using QuickATS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use QuickATS for illegal activities, spam, discrimination in hiring, or violate any Indian employment laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in abusive behavior.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Auto-renewal is enabled by default. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are prorated for annual plans canceled mid-cycle.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
6. Intellectual property
QuickATS, the logo, and all software are property of QuickAts. You retain all rights to data you upload (resumes, job descriptions, candidate info).
7. Limitation of liability
QuickATS is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickAts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data export is available for 30 days.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
