1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, company details) and information automatically (IP address, browser info, usage analytics). For candidates, we also store resumes, parsed skills, and application data on behalf of the company you apply to.
2. How we use your data
To provide the ATS service, send transactional emails, process payments, and improve the platform. We never sell your data or share it with third parties except for essential service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing).
3. Data storage and security
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Data is stored in Indian data centers. We conduct regular security audits and maintain role-based access controls for our own team.
4. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is exported and made available to you for 30 days, then permanently deleted from our production systems within 90 days.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact support@quickats.in for any data-related requests.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies beyond basic analytics (Google Analytics) for understanding site usage.
